Hi, I’m Anna.

I’ve been teaching yoga since 2015 and later expanded my work into mindfulness and breathwork. Over the years, I’ve guided people through practices that help them slow down, reconnect with themselves, and navigate life’s challenges with more awareness and ease.

My approach is gentle, grounded, and accessible. You don’t need any previous experience—just a willingness to show up exactly as you are.

I believe your breath already knows the way. My role isn’t to fix you or tell you what to feel, but to create a safe space where you can listen to yourself more deeply.

I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way.

WHO IS IT FOR?

  • you’ve been taking care of everything except yourself
  • your mind has been busy and you haven’t had much space to check in with yourself
  • you feel disconnected from what you want, need, or feel
  • you’re going through a change and want to reconnect with yourself
  • or you simply feel that you’ve been a little too far away from yourself lately

No previous breathwork experience is needed.

WHAT WILL YOU GET?

A chance to step away from everything that has been taking your attention and bring it back to yourself.
You may leave with a clearer sense of what you’re feeling, what you need, and where you are right now.

What Breathwork is

Breathwork is a guided breathing practice that uses the breath to shift your mental, emotional, and physical state.

Through a simple breathing pattern and carefully selected music, you may experience deep relaxation, emotional release, mental clarity, or simply a rare moment of stillness.

No previous experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to show up.

For in-person sessions: just come as you are. Clothing should be comfortable and allow you to feel relaxed and at ease.
