Hi, I’m Ana — and this is my story.

I’m a Breathwork & Mindfulness facilitator. A traveler through landscapes, cultures, and the inner world. A woman who followed her breath all the way back home — to herself.

I know who I am.
I love what I do.
And I know what kind of space I can hold for others: gentle, grounded, honest.

I support people who are moving through transitions, standing in the liminal space, or sensing the quiet call for change — those who want to return to their truth and step into life with more clarity and presence.

Across the last twelve years, I’ve been exploring my edges and “unlimits”: my emotions, patterns, body, energy — everything that makes us human.

On this path, I became a certified fitness instructor, yoga & meditation teacher, mindfulness coach, and breathwork facilitator. I studied trauma-informed approaches, the nervous system, and universal energy practices.

Everything I offer comes from embodiment, not theory.
From lived experience, not concepts.

Sounds amazing… but what’s the story behind?

Ana Korff about me story

A beginning I didn’t expect

I was born in a small town in the South Ural — Orenburg.
And my path began long before I knew it would.

In 2012, my mom suddenly passed away.
If I take a step back — that was the moment when my path “officially” began, even though I couldn’t see it yet.
It was a turning point.
It broke the world as I knew it — and pushed me to re-evaluate my life, my choices, and the direction I was moving in.

Two months later, I walked into my first therapist’s office.
A year later, I discovered yoga — and it became my daily anchor.

I still remember a morning in March 2015: birds singing, wind touching my skin, the sense of life returning after a long winter inside.
That was the first moment I felt myself again — truly.

In 2015, I began teaching yoga and meditation.
For the next years, I traveled the world, searching for peace, home, truth — and finding pieces of myself in every place.

From breath… to something bigger

On February 14, 2022 — just ten days before the war — I joined my first breathwork session. I was moving through a difficult period, and nothing helped the way breath did.

Three minutes in, I started to cry — it felt like breathing for the first time again. I knew immediately: this is it. This is something I want to understand, learn, and share.

That year, I became a certified mindfulness teacher; in 2023 — a breathwork facilitator. At the same time, I was still building a corporate career as a Client Service Director in an IT company. For a while, I lived in two worlds — the structured one and the soulful one.

Eventually, the truth became clear. I couldn’t stay split.
So I chose the path that felt real.

Where I am now

Today, this is my work — and my way of living: guiding people back to themselves through breath, presence, and awareness.

I’ve always felt that this path chose me long before I consciously chose it.
Now I’m fully here.
Grounded.
At home.
Breathing with life, not against it.

If you feel called to reconnect with your inner world, soften what feels tight, or meet yourself with more honesty and gentleness —

I’m here.
